Open the app, go to Settings and tap “Restore purchases” while signed in with the Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.

iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google: reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or the Google Play Help Center (Android).
