Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately.
Option 2: Request by email
If you can no longer access the app, email congngheso@aurax.vn from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”, stating the app name and your sign-in email or phone number. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: profile data (name, email, phone number, avatar), content you created in the app, and usage data linked to your account.
- Timing: data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a confirmed request; backups are purged within 90 days at most.
- May be kept: transaction records and information we must keep by law (e.g. invoices and accounting records) for the legally required period, and anonymised statistics that no longer identify you.
Note: deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings to stop future charges.
You can also ask us to delete some of your data without deleting your account by emailing congngheso@aurax.vn.
